Return & Refund Policy

At SnaxHawk a brand owned by KARTAAR VENTURES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@snaxhawk.com with your:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photographs (if the product is damaged/defective)

If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the return address and shipping instructions.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
  • You’ll be notified via email once the refund is completed.

Note: It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at support@snaxhawk.com.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped. Contact us at support@snaxhawk.com as soon as possible to request cancellation.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company.
  • Then contact your bank.

If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@snaxhawk.com.
